Two seven story civil cold storage facilities with a building area of 163094 square meters and an actual storage capacity of over 150000 tons. The nominal volume is about 410000 m ³, with a total of 42 cold rooms. It is a super large CO2 cold chain complex, using R134a/CO2 cascade and load cooling refrigeration system. The end devices use air coolers, the low-temperature storage uses automatic water defrosting, and the low-temperature passage uses natural defrosting. In addition, over 3700 refrigerators in the comprehensive exhibition and sales area also use CO2 centralized cooling, which is the world's first. This project aims to achieve green energy conservation and proposes a four in one design concept. The so-called four refers to the refrigeration system used in the cold storage, the centralized freezer system used in the 10000 ton city, the air conditioning system, and the hot water system used in this project. Integration refers to adding a CO2 heat pump heat recovery and storage device between the independent subsystems of cold storage, freezer, air conditioning, and hot water to link the entire system and achieve efficient and balanced utilization of cold and hot energy.
