Fluorine pump liquid supply is a refrigeration system that utilizes the mechanical action of the pump to deliver low-temperature refrigerant liquid to the evaporator. The throttled low-temperature refrigerant liquid first enters a fluorine drum with a certain storage volume and a certain gas-liquid separation volume, and then uses a fluorine pump to transport several times the evaporation capacity of the low-temperature liquid to the evaporators in each warehouse. Part of the liquid absorbs heat and vaporizes in the evaporator, while the remaining liquid returns to the fluorine tank through the return pipe with the vapor. After gas-liquid separation, the vapor is sucked away by the refrigeration compressor, and the separated liquid and the newly replenished liquid equivalent to the evaporation amount are transported to the evaporator for recycling by the fluorine pump. The bucket pump unit has the characteristics of improving the cooling capacity of the evaporator, ensuring long-distance liquid supply, simple system operation, easy centralized control, automation, and convenient defrosting operation.

By using a liquid level sensor to convert the liquid level into an electrical signal in proportion and working in conjunction with the controller, a regulating signal is sent to the electronic expansion valve to achieve the functions of display, feedback, and control of regulating the liquid level. This ensures a stable liquid level in the circulation drum, thereby ensuring a stable rich oil layer in the circulation drum and allowing the chilled oil entering the circulation drum to smoothly return to the unit through the return pipeline.
