Provide process cold water for users, the system operates year-round, using refrigeration units to provide cold water in summer and closed tower heat exchange refrigeration in winter. The cooling capacity requirement for summer is 6000kW x 4 sets, with 10/5 ℃ chilled water. Winter chilled water at 13/9 ℃ (reaches 50% cooling capacity in summer at ambient temperature of 0 ℃, 80% cooling capacity in summer at -5 ℃, and 100% cooling capacity in summer at -10 ℃); This project uses centrifugal chillers and closed cooling towers to provide users with 5-10 ℃ process chilled water.
