The ammonia (R717) refrigeration system is used, with a top exhaust pipe and a suspended air cooler. The air cooler uses hot ammonia and circulating water for defrosting, and the top exhaust pipe is manually swept. The quick freezing machine uses hot ammonia defrosting and one-time water flushing for defrosting. There is a clean air conditioning area, and the clean air conditioning cold source is provided by the ammonia refrigeration room.
