Recently, the Prolos Tianjin Cold Chain Logistics Park High Standard Cold Storage Project, constructed by Dasen Refrigeration, has been successfully delivered and put into operation in Tianjin, China. This project is another successful practice of DASEN Refrigeration's integrated solution capability, aiming to create a modern intelligent cold storage for GLP, a leading alternative asset management institution in the world, by leveraging its four core advantages of excellent stability, ultra-high energy efficiency ratio, intelligent digital operation and maintenance, and efficient layout design, to enhance the core competitiveness of its warehousing and logistics system.


Core Advantage 1: Excellent Stability, Creating a Strong Heart for Cold Storage
The stability and reliability of the refrigeration system are the lifeline of cold storage. The core of this project adopts the international top-notch Bitzer HSK series high-efficiency screw compressor. This model, with its innovative variable aspect ratio (Vi) technology, ensures strong refrigeration capacity and extremely high operating efficiency even under complex low-temperature conditions in northern regions, meeting the stringent requirements for 7x24 hour continuous and stable operation of high standard cold storage.
At the same time, the system is matched with a high-efficiency oil separator independently developed and produced by Dassen, with a separation efficiency of up to 10PPM (parts per million), greatly reducing the entry of lubricating oil into the system pipeline, effectively reducing the risk of heat exchanger fouling and abnormal equipment wear, and laying a solid foundation for decades of stable operation of the refrigeration system from the core hardware level.


Core Advantage 2: Forward looking system design, BIM technology for advance layout
High standard cold storage means lower long-term operating costs. During the design phase, engineers from Dasen utilized BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology for comprehensive 3D modeling, simulating the layout of computer room pipelines in advance and accurately avoiding pipeline collisions. This not only optimized the construction path and shortened the construction period, but also improved system flow from the source, reducing unnecessary energy consumption.

Core advantage three: Smart digital operation and maintenance, empowering management efficiency to leap forward
This project is integrated with the "Easy Cold" intelligent cold storage management cloud platform independently developed by Dasen Refrigeration, endowing this high standard cold storage with an "intelligent brain". The platform has achieved intelligent system control: the hardware project of the Yilengyun platform linkage is fully integrated into the "Yilengyun Intelligent Management Platform" of Dasen, realizing deep linkage between the refrigeration system and intelligent management. The platform can collect real-time data on temperature, humidity, and unit operating parameters of various cold storage facilities, and visualize equipment status through cloud analysis; Simultaneously supporting remote control and fault warning, coupled with a 24-hour operation and maintenance response mechanism, significantly reducing the cost of traditional manual inspections and improving system operation and maintenance efficiency.
Remote real-time monitoring: Management personnel can view all key data such as temperature, humidity, and equipment operation status in the warehouse anytime and anywhere through a PC or mobile app, completely bidding farewell to traditional manual inspections.
Intelligent warning and alarm: The platform has built-in intelligent algorithms that can accurately judge temperature fluctuations, abnormal equipment pressure, and other conditions, and notify management personnel in a timely manner through SMS, APP push, and other methods, achieving a leap from "passive fault handling" to "active warning and maintenance", greatly reducing the risk of downtime.
Digital energy consumption management: The platform automatically collects, statistics, and analyzes energy consumption data from various links of the cold storage, generates visual reports, and helps customers accurately locate energy consumption focus, providing scientific basis for continuous optimization of operation strategies and further reduction of carbon emissions.
