Bamboo has a thousand knots, starting from new shoots; The vast sea of throughput accumulates in small streams. In order to help the summer school recruitment interns of Dasen quickly integrate into the Dasen environment, accelerate role transformation, and improve job skills, on July 19th, the 2023 summer school recruitment internship training of Dasen Refrigeration officially kicked off. The training lasted for two days (departmental professional knowledge training is ongoing), and the Chairman of Dasen Refrigeration, Cui Bo, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

At the meeting, Chairman Cui Bo of DASEN warmly welcomed the 10 newly joined interns. He emphasized that the addition of interns injects fresh blood into DASEN and is a "rising star" to help its development. DASEN also provides a broad growth platform for newly joined interns, helping each intern achieve their personal development goals. As a newcomer to the company, I should learn from the spirit of DASEN, enhance my awareness of learning and responsibility, be proactive, diligent in thinking, unite and cooperate, and strive for progress.

Technical department manager Wang Hongtao, engineering department manager Liu Peiquan, and production department manager Liu Jiao attended the meeting and briefly introduced the department situation. After the meeting, they stated that they will arrange for senior employees to "mentor and apprentice" to start with daily work, help interns improve their professional skills, and grow better and faster.

After the meeting, Zhang Yunxiang, the manager of the Enterprise Management Department, organized interns to play a team integration game to help break the ice and strengthen team integration.

Xie Jinfeng, the department manager of the General Administration Department, conducted a company profile training for newly joined interns to help them quickly understand the company.
