The Shandong Jinnuo International Cold Chain Logistics Project is a designated import meat customs supervision project invested by the local government. It consists of Customs Supervision and Inspection Warehouse No.1, Low Temperature Cold Storage Warehouses No.2 and No.3, each with 3 floors and a building area of 50367 square meters.

The project will be publicly tendered at the Binzhou Public Resource Trading Center on May 6, 2022, and the winning bid will be announced on May 27. The construction period is required to be 30 days, from June 1 to June 30, and all installations will be completed to meet the cooling conditions. After receiving the bidding information, the company conducted careful research, reversed the schedule, and repeatedly deduced that although it was only one-third of the normal schedule, it was considered both a challenge and an opportunity, as well as a test of DASEN's strength. As long as the material procurement, equipment production, and construction organization were carefully organized, the target schedule could be achieved. In the end, the company won the bid with good reputation, excellent qualifications, outstanding technology, and reliable construction organization.

After receiving the notification of winning the bid, each department of the company immediately put into intensive work according to their respective division of labor.

The procurement department immediately sent the procurement plans for each material to each supplier. Although the required delivery time was only half of the normal delivery time, the company, relying on its years of cooperation with various suppliers and good market reputation, expressed full support, prioritized production, and supplied everything according to the requirements.

The production department of the company also worked overtime to organize production. On June 8th, the three large parallel units and two bucket pump units required for the project were successfully delivered from the factory. Jinnuo Cold Chain witnessed the speed of Dassen for the first time.

The company has selected elite personnel to form a project department, consisting of a project management team led by the engineering department manager, Mr. Liu. Four project managers, quality inspectors, safety officers, and document clerks are arranged to be three times the number of normal project personnel. On June 1st, a construction team of over a hundred people entered the site and began intense construction.

In order to improve efficiency and reduce the waste of equipment handling time, several times the amount of normal construction equipment has been invested, including more than 80 high-altitude lifting trucks. Construction forces are also arranged according to a 3-shift system, requiring that wherever there is a working face, there must be construction equipment and construction personnel.

No matter how tight the construction period is, safety cannot be relaxed, and high-quality engineering quality standards cannot be relaxed. According to the company's management standards and requirements, all construction work surfaces must have dedicated safety officers and quality inspectors to stand by and inspect, achieving the requirement of "building high-quality projects with the concentration, professionalism, and innovation of craftsmen".

The close cooperation, coordinated arrangement, and meticulous organization of various trades in technology, electrical, and insulation have proven that the Dasen team is a tenacious and tough team that can fulfill commitments and be trusted by customers.
