Despite the impact of the epidemic, DASEN Refrigeration's business in the first half of the year did not decline but instead increased. Mr. Sun believes that the main reasons for this are two factors:

Firstly, based on the analysis of the industry and customers, DASEN Refrigeration has adopted a balanced development model. In the first half of the year, DASEN Refrigeration's performance in the cold chain logistics industry remained relatively stable or even slightly declined, but its performance in the food processing industry significantly improved. In the context of increased uncertainty in the external environment, the balanced development model effectively dilutes risks and brings stable development opportunities to enterprises.

Secondly, another important reason is the profound foundation accumulated by DASEN Refrigeration's 25 year commitment to refrigeration technology innovation and development, which has played a strong supporting role in dealing with various uncertainties and difficulties. Mr. Sun emphasized the low-key, pragmatic, and simple corporate culture; A first-class domestic team in production, research and development, technology, engineering, after-sales, and other fields; Leading carbon dioxide technology and independently developed cooling smart platform; Full refrigerant cases and various types of cold storage cases distributed in 29 provinces and cities across the country; Accumulated numerous customers over the past 25 years; The highest qualification in the industry; The good reputation of the industry and other factors have jointly formed the supporting elements for the steady development of DASEN.

As for the fact that the epidemic did not cause a decline in business volume, President Sun added: because our business model has the characteristics of time delay, the performance in the first half of 2022 will basically come from the end of 2021 and three businesses before 2022, while the impact of COVID-19 in April and May, which are relatively serious, will be fully revealed at least three months later, which may have an impact on our business in the second half of the year.

For example, energy-saving technologies for cold storage buildings, refrigeration energy-saving technologies (equipment energy-saving, system energy-saving, operation and maintenance energy-saving), carbon dioxide refrigeration technology, low refrigerant charging technology, digital intelligent control technology, energy-saving diagnostic technology, BIM application technology, intelligent platform technology for refrigeration systems, etc.

(2) Product innovation, such as: green and efficient ammonia/carbon dioxide cascade unit, low ammonia charging ammonia plate exchange unit, mobile refrigeration station, green and energy-saving heat pump unit, environmentally friendly and energy-saving quick freezing equipment, Dasen Yilengyun platform, etc.
